Two days to step out of the day-to-day and gain a new perspective on how you scale from peers, advisors, and experts! 

We’re bringing together 10 FGC founders, 6 Growth Advisors, and selected partners at Rox Resort for a focused camp centred on commercial scaling, future thinking, and founder dialogue.

What to expect:

• An inspirational session on thinking ahead and challenging your assumptions
• Founder panels: lessons from GA's on scaling internationally and a commercial deep dive
• Hands-on working sessions in small groups, where you get input and focused time to work on your own challenge
• A commercial fireside on pricing, GTM and moving beyond founder-led sales
• Dinner, informal conversations, and optional social reset (run, pool, cold dip)

The core output: new perspectives, relevant input from people who’ve done it before, and a stronger network of peers!
