Founders Circle

Where founders grow—by learning from each other, openly and with intention.

The Founders Circle is a peer coaching forum for members of Founders Growth Club who want to grow personally and professionally - by tapping into the experiences of other founders. Each Circle meets monthly (online or in person) in a confidential setting, guided by simple tools that create space for honest, real conversations.

The sessions are structured but founder-led. You bring your current challenges, whether personal, professional, or relational and get perspectives, feedback, and support from people who get it. It’s not therapy. It’s focused, peer-driven growth rooted in coaching principles and mutual accountability.

Whether you’re navigating team dynamics, fundraising, or just trying to stay sane - it’s a space to grow stronger, together.
