Thought Leadership Academies: Session 5 Registration opens: 17-09-2026 15.00
Great founders don’t just build products—they build trust.
For scaleups, that trust is often the difference between growth and stagnation.
At this academy, you’ll explore with your peers how ambitious founders build credibility, visibility, and influence—and turn their story and integrity into a strategic advantage, leading to better sales, funding, and overall growth.
This is a thought leadership program, not a marketing workshop. It’s about brand building, founder leadership, credibility, and control—and how you can grow your business by communicating with clarity and confidence.
This academy is also a peerspace for top founders who want to sharpen both their business and personal narrative, and take an active, responsible role in the public conversation.
In a world where founders are the face of their company, this masterclass helps you build visibility and authority—and lead with clarity and confidence, in good times and bad.
Session 5: When Sh*t Hits the Fan - How to Handle Issues and Crisis
In this session, you’ll hear expert insights and take part in a founder-led roundtable focused on how founders can confidently engage with the media and use visibility to grow trust, influence, and opportunity. Join your peers to explore practical strategies, share experiences, and strengthen your public presence.
This session will feature two talks:
The Anatomy of a Crisis
Understand how crises develop and how to spot early warning signs. Gain practical frameworks for assessing risk, prioritizing responses, and preparing communication strategies that minimize damage and protect reputation.
Guest speaker: to be announced
Taking Responsibility Without Losing Control
Master communication strategies that maintain credibility under pressure. Learn how to respond decisively, convey accountability, and navigate high-stakes situations without compromising leadership or company positioning.
Guest speaker: to be announced
And, as is tradition, we’ll finish with a founder roundtable moderated by Alex Tolstrup, co-founder of Comundo and former VP of Communications at Trustpilot.
